Kim Woolard gathers information from each customer to determine what will be the best, most efficient process based on the customer's unique situation. We never use a one-size-fits-all, cookie-cutter approach with our customers. From working with the claims process of the customer's insurance company to coordinating a rental vehicle, Kim makes certain the repair process is smooth and timely.
