Every year, insurance companies and car owners “write off” countless cars as being too expensive to repair or restore.  Many times, these vehicles simply need body and mechanical work to return them to safe, road-ready condition.

After providing all the refurbishment needed, the Zara’s team coordinates presentation of the vehicle to a deserving individual or organization.  Names are provided to us throughout the year for consideration.  We utilize standard selection criteria and an application process is required. In addition to the provision of an automobile, the program at Zara’s has become a community-wide event with a wide array of supports added in, including pre-paid insurance, tires, parts, mechanical services, child safety seats, car washes, oil changes, tune-ups, batteries, groceries, gift certificates, clothing and more.
