Since 1987, Zara’s Collision Center has been committed to excellence in the automobile collision repair industry.  Zara’s is the only local provider of collision repair services to achieve both I-CAR Gold Class recognition and the ASE Blue Seal of Excellence. 

Owners Brad and Julie Zara credit their success to having a well-trained and committed staff that believes in advocating for vehicle owners.  

“Many repair facilities are set up to cater to the insurance companies,” explains Brad.  “But we view the vehicle owner as our customer.”

“We understand that our industry can seem cloudy to people.  That’s why we always make sure that our customers understand their rights and are able to make the decisions that ultimately are going to make them happier with their repair work.”  

With customer satisfaction scores nearing the 100% mark, customers seem to be appreciative of the approach.  While no one likes to think that they’ll be a repeat collision repair customer, when the unexpected happens, Zara’s customers are quick to call.
